Oh hey there, how are you? I hope you’re well. I am currently very, very, very, very full. James made the BEST vegan Sunday lunch and then after I had a Vegan rocky road and I basically feel like I’ll be rolling to bed wooooo.

So this week lads, I can’t really remember much of it shock lol. All I know is it involved a lot of food, double shock. Monday to Friday was the usual work situation followed by my work outs at the gym, I can see a difference in my body and feel even stronger than I did last week that makes me feel super happy. 2020 is all about being strong.

Thursday evening, James and I headed to Manchester after I finished work to go watch Slipknot, I got James the tickets for Christmas, I was pretty pumped to go see them as I'd never had the chance to before. We needed to grab a bite to eat before the show and tried the new Vegan no chicken burger from KFC, solid 4/5 BUT was a bit dry, needed more mayo for sure then it would be perfect.

We decided to stay at James’ parents on Thursday evening, as I had the day off Friday we thought we would take advantage and spend a few hours in Manchester. We did some pictures for my blog and IG, had a wander round some shops and went to V rev for some dreamy Vegan eats. I got the pizza hotdog and James got the mac and cheese - both were bloody delicious! I’ll be starting a new series on my blog reviewing and showcasing all the great vegan places I’ve found and will be eating at. I’ve started a Vegan account to document my vegan joinery, if you want to follow me you can find me at Instagram.com/kawaiivegandesu - gotta get in a cheeky plug right ;)

Saturday was another day dominated by vegan food - and I wasn’t mad one little bit. Darcie and I decided to head to Knaves kitchen to get some great vegan junk food, I went last weekend too . . . .  the food is great and currently ha 25% off for the while of January so I of course wanted to take advantage. After then we headed to temple to get a boojee doughnut and then out of this world and holland and barred so we could find vegan snacks. I ended up getting a vegan crunchie, rocky road, two cream eggs and some chocolate covered marshallmellos . . . . I promise not all were consumed at once. . . .

Sunday I did sweet FA. Seriously all I did was go to pole, got my extended butterfly woooo and then just chilled in jammies all day. Sometimes you just need to do nothing in jammies. I’m so not ready to go back to work tomorrow.
