Why I’ll never force my style to grow up

Alternative Fashion Blogger Foxxtailz Styles Hello Kitty ASOS Knit
Hey my names Jess, I’m 28 and I’m obsessed with Hello Kitty.

Or any other Cute Japanese character for that matter and I have been since I was teeny tiny. Hello Kitty was what lend me to discover other elements of Japanese pop cultures and fashion, basically, HK was just the start of my Japanese obsession.

With that, I love to infuse my loves/hobbies into my daily outfits but theres always this little voice in the back of my head forever asking “aren't you a little too old to be wearing that?’’ I get an annual bout of, “shit do I need to grow up”? thing and have little wardrobe crisp thinking I need to switch things up and well, mature. I start to panic thinking my wardrobe should reflect my age and I should do away with anything that doesn’t.

Then, I realise I would be incredible bored and unhappy if I forced myself to dressed in any other way then I already do. I love bringing a fun element to my daily outfits, why the frick should I stop just because of my age.I’m gonna do a Baddie Winkle and you’ll be seen me wearing what ever the fuck I want no matter what age I am. Cos if I didn’t, I wouldn’t be able to wear this sweet ASOS Hello Kitty knit I got sent now would I? I can see myself wearing this knit A LOT of the run up to winter [you’ve been warned] same goes for the tartan pants, they have formed the uber transitional dream team, making the blow of realising summer is over a little better - just a little mind.

Wearing:
Knit* Hello Kitty x ASOS | Pants New Look | Shoes Dr. Martens x Lazy Oaf
