How To Dress For The Winter When You Don’t Know How To Dress For The Winter

Alternative Blogger

Ok, lol, that was a lie. I have no idea how to dress for the winter. Well, I do, It usually consists of all the layers, A new pair of winter boots and a coat that closely resembles a duvet hug as possible. What I don't know how to do is dress interestingly or blog-worthy in the winter.

So I pose the question:

How does one dress interestingly for the winter?

No really. I don't know about you but when the weather is so bloody GRIM out there and all you want to do is make a warm and cosy bed nest with all the snacks thinking up an outfit that is practical and not boring is kinda hard for me. Creativity is at an all time low for me this year and I really struggle to get my butt into gear. I get a serious case of ''BUT I DON'T WANNAAAA''.

I was recently offered the chance of being in The Blogging Grotto Magazine [and guys if you haven't already pick yo self up a copy whywhywhy?] knowing the theme was winter I started to panic as I didn't want to produce some half arsed crap for the debut of Jess' magazine. I started to try and think up some incred outfit and after a while of coming up with diddly squat I realised, hang on a second, why force something I really ain't feelin'. Instead the day James and I decided to shoot the images for the mag, I opened my wardrobe and pulled out the first things I wanted to wear, and you know what the result wasn't that bad.

Ok, I've got a cropped jumper on [srsly, when the heck is an appropriate time to wear a cropped friggin' jumper?!] a stripped long sleeve tucked into my Topshop pants that resemble jodhpurs [lol] and make me look really really tubs around the middle [not a fan] my ridic oversized lumberjack coat I got from Japan last year and my ''Be Nice'' beanie you're all probs sick of seeing but I ain't sick of wearing. It doesn't exactly scream outfit inspo of the year but it ain't so bad.

Can we all just please take a moment to appreciate my boy's handy work with these pictures, for someone that's not really into photography he's been doing such a sterling job recently. And oh man the colours of that day were just so beautiful. I haven't edited this pictures in the slightest. Hashtag no filter.

  1. This blog has very short content but the most beautiful thing here which impressed me a lot is the picture which I can see on essay services. I liked it too much because I love snow season and in this picture there is also a very beautiful scene. But information given related to it also has its own importance and we should not ignore it.Mobile Van Advertising in Hyderabad

  3. I struggle so much in winter. I want to look cute but I hate being cold. I usually just end up in leggings with thick socks, a massive hoodie and the biggest blanket scarf I can find. I love this outfit. That coat looks so warm

  4. I'm OBSESSED with your coat! Having been someone who has never experienced winter her whole life I would probably have no idea how to dress up for that season as well. But I would double up on layers and throw on a chunky scarf I guess x

  5. I think this is not the best option for when the weather outside the window blizzard. It is suitable if you are a writer and beyond their job do not come out. Who are interested here's a resource that will help you become a professional writer https://essayfactory.uk/. Conveniently, it is helping to develop and get a nice bonus.
