Love Catz And Urban Exploring

90s Grunge

YO.

So this was an accidental ‘’Outfit shoot’’ kind of like blogger off duty. James and I went to London the back end of this week for my birthday i’ve really stretched out the celebration side of it even though birthdays aren’t really my thing. It ended last night with a house party and Lord i’ve got the hang over to prove it. I’ve spent most of today sleeping it off and resenting GMT for robbing me of an hour.

As the title suggests I love cats. It also happens to be the name of my all time fave song by The Cure and basically I can’t help walk around parenting to be a cat whilst Robert Smith does his thang. We were strolling around Bricklane on our first day in London when we accidentally found Lady Dinah’s Cat Emporium. Obvs wanted a photo in front of it to show my best friend and fellow kitty enthusiast and I kind of like the results of the pictures. The outfit combination albeit isn’t something I would put together for content of my blog but again I kinda like it. Comfort is key sometimes especially when you know you’ll be walking 87540396 miles around London for the next few days.

I’ve wanted some adidas leggings for a really really long time now, three stripes and errything. Not to work out in no no, I use my Primark beasts for that, but to go about my general business. James listened as per and got me a pair for my birthday, thx bebe along with some other really lovely gifts - [did someone say Vivienne Westwood bag i’ve been eyeing up forever?]  I have noticed my style is edging more and more to Ghetto/chic/trying not to be a Chav/my old tomboy self. Note the Skull and Bones hoodie I got in the Ark sale. I loved it so much it reminded me of when I was younger and Avril Lavigne was my hero and skate clothing was basically my life, all the nostalgia. I kind of like the ‘’alternative’’ meets urban edge at the moment and this just felt like a happy mess. I can’t seem to go anywhere now a days without my Only You denim jacket from Harajuku and a red bandanna in my hair.
